Doctor I want to thank you for the class we took on Saturday and I wanted to tell you how that one class may have saved a life. Yesterday morning I noticed that a life long friend of mine who is retired and dealing with 9-11 illness had posted he was ready to stick a fork in an outlet and call it a day. I contacted him using the techniques you discussed and was able to get him help.
